Sucking her thumb (either one, she's not picky) has become Emma's new favorite hobby.
And to be perfectly honest, I don't mind one bit. In fact, I daresay it is pretty stinkin' cute!
And the thumbs deserve a thumbs-up for a couple of reasons- number one on the list being that they single-handedly (well, really double-handedly) helped us survive the long car ride to SC for Robin's wedding and the subsequent routineless days of napping in strange places and being handled by strange people. What a trooper!
Oh, and let's not forget that what goes down must come up- yes, there was also a return trip back to PA. It was during this 12 hour trip that Miss Emma discovered she could grab those wiggly little digits at the end of her feet, which provided for entertainment during the few hours that our exhausted little girl wasn't sleeping.
Oh, digits, how I love thee...
